About Form Distribution Report

"Forms Manager" provides team members the ability to view distribution details of forms available for a Form Type assigned on the Workspace  For example, users may search for all users on distribution list of a RFI - Request for Information Form.

 

The following lists the steps to describe this process:

 

1. Select the form from the FORMS dropdown menu.

 

 

2. Select Distribution Report from the drop down

 

 

3. Use the search filter to find the required information

 

4. Select for a more specific search

 

Distribution information for the forms which you have access to will be displayed.

 

5. Click on the icon to export all results in Acrobat PDF / MS Excel report formats

 

6. Click on the icon  to generate report in Acrobat PDF format.
