1.1 Sourcing

A new Tab “My Suppliers” is now available in the Supply Directory (http://www.asite.com/supplier-directory/).
This gives you a view across your supply chain showing detailed information pulled from your Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Supplier Pre-Qual, and Spend Management workspaces. Drill down into detailed real-time analytic information about supplier performance.
The information in this Tab is restricted to users having requisite privilege and role only.

1.2 Document Management

The system will now auto-package External Reference files (X-Refs) along with the parent documents in compound CAD documents and enable users to view compound documents with the Asite Viewer in the web browser.
This feature has also been extended to the Asite Navigator application.

Users can now download the primary files along with any X-Refs associated to it as one compound drawing.

Adoddle 15.7 sees the release of a new Asite Plugin for AutoCAD to auto-package X-Refs for a compound drawing. This list will be considered during the upload of primary files from within the Adoddle web application or from the Navigator client and the X-Refs will be published automatically and associated to the parent to form a compound drawing in the system.

Ability for the users to add rich text format fields
This includes the ability to set Fonts, Fonts Family, Bold, Italics, Underline, Font Size, Text Highlight and Font Colors, Alignments, Bullets, Numbering. And Indentation functions |
1.4 cBIM
|
When a user creates a folder for a work set from cBIM application, the workspace users will be assigned permission to the folders depending upon the roles assigned to the users.
The workspace administrators will get ‘Admin’ access to the folders and users with ‘cBIM Viewer’ role will be assigned ‘View’ access to the new folder.
Default permission of the folder will be set to ‘No Access’. |

Notes:
1. Updating the applets DOES NOT require Administration rights on local machine.
2. Clicking on “Always” option when prompted with a certificate will ensure that similar prompts do not happen for current as well as any other applet signed by Asite. If this option has already been activated, these updates will automatically install.
3. Navigator update also does not require administrator rights
4. Asite cBIM installation / update requires administrator rights
