Support for Xrefs

Users now have an ability to upload External References (Xrefs) along with the parent documents.

This feature is also extended to Asite Navigator application

     Support for downloading documents with Xrefs  

Users can now download the primary files along with any Xrefs associated to it.

     AutoCAD Plugin to generate x-ref list for upload

User can now install the Asite Plugin in AutoCAD to generate a list of Xrefs of a drawing. This list will be considered during the upload of primary files from within the Web Application.

An XML file with the details of the drawing files s and its Xrefs is created in local folder.

When user uploads a drawing (DWF, DGN extension files), the Xrefs specified in the XML will be pulled and populated to the user for selection.

    Set Default Permission while creating folder within cBIM

When a user creates a folder for a workset from cBIM application, the workspace users will be assigned permission to the folders depending upon the roles assigned to the users.

The workspace administrators will get ‘Admin’ access to the folders and users with ‘cBIM Viewer’ role will be assigned ‘View’ access to the new folder.

Default permission of the folder will be set to ‘No Access’.

     Ability to support formatting in Rich Text Format fields within AppBuilder forms)

Ability for the users to add rich text format fields in AppBuilder forms to support formatting.

This includes the ability to set Fonts, Fonts Family, Bold, Italics, Underline, Font Size, Text Highlight and Font Colors, Alignments, Bullets, Numbering. And Indentation functions

This functionality is now available for the users in the Asite EU and US Data Centers also.

     Extend Supply Directory to display own Suppliers

A new Tab “My Suppliers” is now available in the Supply Directory page of Asite Website. The Supply Chain Portal will populate the Supplier information as available in the LOR Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) workspace. 

The information in this Tab is restricted to users having requisite privilege and role only.
