Users can choose to skip this by de-selecting the option when they save their markup. The default selection can be defined on a Workspace by Workspace basis within the Workspace settings (Edit Workspace). By default this will be switched to “ON”.

draft forms

When saving draft versions of forms, the proposed distribution list can now be saved. Users are not notified of actions until the forms are actually created – except in the case of “Review Draft” actions.

Allow files to be attached within

AppBuilder form

Users can now design AppBuilder forms to allow file attachment in specific locations within a form rather than at overall form level. The types of files to be allowed can also be controlled. This can be used for example in PreQual manager forms to collect specific files relating to a Health and Safety section of the form.
