Create Workspace Notices

Authorised users (usually the Workspace Administrator) can create scrolling Workspace notices which are displayed on the Workspace home page for all members of the Workspace team to view regarding issues specific to the Workspace.

 

  1. Within the Workspace Home Page click on

Alternatively, select Manage Workspace Notices from ADMIN menu. Click on

 

2.  Complete title, text, start and close date/time

 Tick high priority for the notice to appear first when scrolling

3.  Click on Create Notice
