Privileged users can Deactivate Forms from the Form Listing Page within Workspace
Can Deactivate All Forms privilege will allow to deactivate all the Forms on which use can access.
Can Deactivate Own Forms privilege will allow to deactivate own forms.
The following lists the steps to deactivate a Form:
1. Select the "Form Type"from which a Form is to be deactivated from the Form Listing page.
2. Enter specific search criteria to search for the required Form.
3. Click on Search
Search results will display the Forms.
4. Select the Form revision by marking the checkbox as ON.
5. Click on icon.
The selected Form will be listed in the confirmation page.
6. Click on Deactivate
The selected document revision will be deactivated and the status would changed to Deactivated
Note:
a. Selected Forms on which you are not an Originator will be filtered out.
b. Deactivated and Closed Forms will be filtered out.
