The Workspace Team Members have the ability to edit the ORI message created at a later stage. This facility is available on the Form Types for which the Form Template setting of "Allow Editing ORI Message" is set to Yes. The users can edit the Form Message content as well as the Associations, Attachments & Attributes.
This
facility is available only if the Form status is either Open
or NA – No status
The following steps need to be followed in order to Edit the ORI message:
1. Click on the icon to edit
the ORI message.
2. Change the contents of the fields that needs editing.
3. Mark the Check-box against the Associated Documents or Associated Forms or the Attached Documents that need to be removed and then click on the Remove button
4. To Associate new Documents or Forms or to Attach new documents, click on the Associate Documents and Comments or Associate Forms link or Attach External documents link and select the documents or forms.
5. In case of forms having large amount of information to be entered, the form gets auto saved every specific duration. The process of Auto save happens until the form is submitted, based on form settings. If the information to be entered takes even longer, the form gets auto saved again so that the data is not lost.
For
the forms where edited ORI message exists, a prompt message is displayed
informing the user about existing Edited Draft or continue composing a
new edit. Click on Edit using saved draft to return to the existing ORI
Draft message or can select editing the message again by selecting Create
new edit.
6. The Create/Update button on the Auto Saved Draft form, also has a tool tip informing the user about last auto save time.
7. Click on the Create/Update button to save the changes made to the ORI message.
