Generate - Doc. Distribution Report

A report detailing the distribution and action status of documents selected using the batch process action.  

This type of report is useful because you may select documents from a multiple of folders and add them into your basket ready for processing at the same time.

 

"Workflow Manager" provides team members the ability to Generate documents distribution report by selecting action "Generate Doc. Distribution report" from the action drop down menu.  The documents are selected from different folders and user is able to generate report for selected filename including its full path, folder name, doc ref, doc title, purpose of issue, action status, assigned to, assigned by, recipients, comments and more.

 

The user is able to export the report to PDF or Xls. format or print results by clicking on icons and  .

 

The following steps outline this process:

 

1. Select box next to each Doc Ref you wish to Generate a report.

 

 

2. Click on the icon to add items to the basket

 

 Continue selecting from other folders if required

 

3. Click on the icon to view contents of basket

 

4. Select Action -  Generate Doc. Distribution report from the drop down menu

 

 

 

5. Click on "Generate report" to generate report for  selected documents.

 

6. Select check box to remove the documents from the basket once the action is complete.
