Inheriting Workspace Objects from Templates

Mark the Inherit option ON,  for individual Workspace objects, to let the user inherit the changes to the object from the Workspace Template Object, whenever altered in the workspace Template from which it was cloned.

           This will restrict ability of the users to update the Workspace Objects from within workspaces.

Administrators can now also clone Workflow Objects of workflows created in workspace template from Adoddle.

To break the inheritance from the Workspace Template Mark the Inherit option Off for the Workspace object. Once removed, inheritance cannot be re-established.

  Allow Override within Clone if selected enables a user to modify the Workspace Objects at the time of cloning from the Workspace Template.

Note:

Workspace Administrators have the ability to clone and Inherit only the Workspace Roles and the Role Privileges without Role Membership by selecting “All Workspace Roles

(inc.Privileges)"

Within Cloned Workspace, Workspace Administrator can assign new User Groups /  Organisation / Users to an already inherited Workspace role.

Workspace Administrators have the flexibility to inherit only Distribution Group names without  distribution content of users or ACL.
