section of Email preference settings.This functionality facilitates triggered instant Email Notifications while checking out document revisions from Asite Navigator application.
Instant Email notifications can be triggered as soon as the document revisions are checked out from Asite Navigator and users on revision distribution list will receive the email notification informing that the documents are checked out.
User Preferences in Asite Collaboration can be defined as follows and as a result the email will be sent to users up on checking out documents from Asite Navigator:
