Documents published to Workspace folders may be moved to other folders within the Workspace .
Users with Admin
permissions on source folder can move documents
Users require Publish,
Publish & Link, Admin permissions on target folder to move
documents to other folders.
The following lists the steps to link file/s into other folders within Workflow:
1. Select file/s to be moved to another folder in the Workspace, from the document listing page
2. Click on the icon in Edit Documents options drop
down
3. Select the destination folder to move the selected document/s
Users may copy documents to another folder
for a selected application by selecting a folder to which they have
the permission to access.
The folders displayed in grey cannot be selected
for moving documents.
4. Click on Continue to confirm selection
5. Confirmation page will be displayed to show the documents that can be moved
A
list actions which need to be cleared or delegated for the users who do
not have access to the destination folder are also displayed
Such
documents can be moved only when the actions for the user not having access
to destination folder are cleared or delegated to other users

list comments which need to be cleared for the users who do not
have access to the destination folder are displayed

on Continue to move the documents
to the selected destination folder, once all the unread comments have
been cleared and all the incomplete actions have been cleared or delegated

Hints: For following scenario's documents cannot be moved:
User
moving the documents does not have Admin access to one or more of the
sub folders from where the documents are being moved.

Ref already exists at destination folder
One
or more of the documents selected from various folders for moving, have
same Doc Ref
Filename
of one of the revisions already exists in destination folder
One
of the revisions of the files selected for moving have same filename.
