Populate Title and Description from markup

1. Click on the icon

 

 Available when user clicks on Doc. Ref.

 

2. Let the Asite Viewer open the Document/Drawing. Create a mark up on the document/drawing as needed and Save the markup.

    

3. Let the option "Launch the Create Comment Page on Saving Mark-up" be ticked and click on OK.

 

 

4. A new window with Comment Title and Description will be populated on the screen. Add the Comment description as required.

5. Click on to spell check the contents entered in the Comment Title and Comment.

6.  Click on   icon to notify to others within the Workspace team.

 

Active Users on the Document Distribute List will be pre-populated.(incl. Publisher of documents but excluding comment creator if on the document notification list.)

Additional Users notified with actions shall be displayed in BOLD and added to the Document notification list.

Check Notify Unread Comment to add users to the Comment Notification List.

 

 

7. Option to complete associations is available, namely:

 

Associate Documents and Comments,

Attach External documents,  

 

 

8. Click on Save Draft to create draft comment.

 

9. Click on Send to create comment

 Only users on the Comment Notification List  will be notified of an unread comment.
