Workspace Administrator has overall responsibility for managing the exchange of information on your "Workspace"
The role of the Workspace Administrator is as follows:
Act as the primary point of contact for any technical / operational "Workspace" issues and questions
Liaise with Asite, and coordinate feedback and support from Workspace users
Provide the interface between the "Workspace" users and Asite
Monitor compliance with the defined protocols
Attend meetings to report progress and identify areas for performance and process improvement
Organise the project team including adding and removing users from the project team throughout the life of the project and setting user access rights.
Coordinate training courses to ensure that all relevant users receive sufficient training.
Liaise with collaborating companies, to agree on the suitability and timing of any upgrades.
Maintain the high-level project details recorded on the system.
