Search Result and Document Viewing
Option to select number of results returned per page (10, 25, 50 or 100 records per page).
Advanced options for selecting which page of results is displayed.
All Mark-ups (red-lines) on documents open as default.
Document Management and Batch Processor (Basket)
Document Issue Sheet Reports - can be created from the basket. These can then be Printed or Exported to MS Excel for your QA records.
Edit Document Attributes (including document titles) on single document from Audit Trail pages, or for multiple documents from the basket (with overwrite or merge data function). This includes Improvements to “Assign Workpackages” functionality
Batch Comment on Documents without “For Comment” action.
Consistency of Batch Processor Functionality.
Printing
Document Meta-data (i.e. Project, Status, Issue Date etc) included on Printout.
Batch Printing Documents with/without Markups, Comments and/or Comment Attachments.
Printer Settings for Batch Printing.
Removal of Yes / No prompt for Batch Printing.
Forms
Option for a role to not have access to Form Types.
Option for a role to view private forms without being on the distribution of the form.
Administration
Distribution Groups number of days option increased to 35 days.
