Q: I am a Proxy user to an Online / Paper user and want to use the “Admin” options.
A: The “Admin” option is not available to users who act as Proxy to Online / Paper users.

A: Now Proxy users can receive copy of the e-mails distributed to the Online / Paper user if the checkbox of “Forward E-mail” is set to YES at the assignment stage.
Q: I cannot assign Proxy users to an Online / Paper user though I have privileges to assign roles to a user on a Project.
A: Users need “Assign Proxy Users” privilege to add / remove Proxy users to an Online / Paper user.
Q: I cannot mark a User Inactive on the Project though I have privileges to assign roles to a user on a Project.
A: Users need “Can Deactivate Users from Project” privilege to mark user inactive on the Project.
Q: I cannot mark a User Inactive on the Project as there are incomplete actions on the Project.
A: Users need to clear / delegate the incomplete actions before user can be marked inactive on the Project.
Q: I do not want an Instant E-mail Notification and do not want publisher to modify preferences at the distribution stage.
A: Users need to mark the preference of ““Allow User override the Preference” as OFF in their individual preferences to disallow publishers from modifying the preferences and sending instant E-mails thereof.
Q: I have added a User to the Project and go to the Documents Listing page but do not see the newly added user in the search criteria dropdowns.
A: Users need to return to the Project Home page for all criteria values of the search dropdown to be retrieved.
Q: I want to customise the Report Title and generate a PDF Report.
A: Users need to click on “Export” icon and enter the customised Report Title, select PDF value as format and generate the report in PDF format.
Q: I want the Search Criteria’s displayed in the Report.
A: Users need to click on “Export” icon, check the checkbox of “Display Search Criteria’s” as ON at the Report prompt and generate the report in PDF format. The report output will display the value of the search criteria defined within the report itself.
Q: I want to view only “Paper Documents” in my Document Listing Page.
A: Users can now search for documents with latest versions as Paper Documents by selecting value of “Paper Documents Only” from the dropdown of “Doc. Type” at the Basic / Advanced Search.
Q: I cannot clear / delegate incomplete actions of user from other organisations though I have “Can Clear Actions – Organisation” / “Can Delegate Actions – Organisation” privileges assigned.
A: Users need “Can Clear Actions – Project” / “Can Delegate Actions – Project” to clear / delegate incomplete actions of users from other organisation. Existing privileges assigned will permit user to clear / delegate actions of users from logged in organisation only.

A: Users need “Can Clear Actions – Own” / “Can Delegate Actions – Own” to clear / delegate own incomplete actions.
Q: I cannot deactivate a paper document even if I have admin rights on a folder.
A: Users need “Manage Paper Documents” privilege besides Admin rights to be able to deactivate paper documents. Assign them this privilege from “Roles-Assign to Project” area or contact you Project Administrator if you don’t have this option under Admin dropdown.
Q: I cannot upload Paper Documents on a folder I have rights to upload
A: Users need “Manage Paper Documents” privilege besides Upload rights to be able to upload new paper documents or paper documents as revisions to documents / placeholders. Assign them this privilege from “Roles-Assign to Project” area or contact you Project Administrator if you don’t have this option under Admin dropdown
Q. I am not able to download Paper Documents.
A. Paper based documents cannot be downloaded like normal files.
Q. I want to view 250 Documents / Forms in a single page.
A. User can now choose value of 250 from the dropdown of “Docs Per Page” or “Forms Per Page” to view 250 records at a time.
Q. I cannot view Deactivated documents though I have “Admin” permissions on the folder.
A. User need “Can Access Deactivated Documents” privilege assigned in order to select option of “Incl. Inactive Docs” or “Only Inactive Docs” from the Advanced Search facility.
Q. I cannot reactivate a Deactivated document though I have “Admin” permissions on the folder.
A. User needs “Can Access Deactivated Documents” privilege assigned in order to view the “Reactivate Documents” icon at the Document Listing Page.
Q. I want to associate comments with Documents while creating a new Comment / Form message.
A. User can check the “Select” checkbox against individual documents and will view the extended information of comments available on the document revision to which logged in user has access to.
