Users will now have the ability to redistribute actions to recipients as per previous revision. This functionality is available during the upload process (Applet, Thin Client and Active-X upload modules) as well as distributing it from Audit Trail and Batch –Distribute areas.
The Distribution page will display a button facilitating user populate the recipient and actions as per previous revision distributed by the same user. Clicking the button against the individual revisions will automatically populate all the active users who have been assigned an action by this Document Publisher.
A new button “Copy Distribution from Previous Revision” will be available in the Distribution Module against the list of Doc Refs displayed at the top section.
Click on the button against the individual revisions will automatically populate all the active users who have been assigned an action by this Document Publisher
Note: Any user who had been assigned an action by Document Controller or another user will not be populated.

2. User clicks on "Copy Distribution from Previous Revision" button within the Distribution Module for Doc Ref A
The Distribution table
will populate with "John Smith" and action assigned in Issue

4. User clicks on Copy Distribution from Previous Revision" button for Doc Ref B
Distribution Table
will be append with "Joanna Carlos" and "Ciara Johson"
with actions
on Issue No 3 of Doc Ref B.
5. "Copy Distribution from Previous Revision" will not be available for Doc Ref C.
Conclusion is that there are 3 users with actions in the Distribution table and when User clicks on "Distribute" button, the 3 recipients will be assigned to all 3 Doc Refs with a common Transmittal Number being generated for the same.
Note: This functionality will be available during Publish documents stage as well as when distributing from within the workspace. However Action Clearing, Batch Distribute when commenting will not include this functionality
