You can publish emails directly to a Workspace Mailbox using any of your email clients.
Following steps should be used to send an email to a Workspace Mailbox:
Open your mail client
You must use the mail client with which you have registered
with Asite i.e. the mail address in your Profile on Asite if the Mailbox
to which you are sending the mail does not allow mails from external users
Enter the contents of your mail
Attach any documents that you want to attach to the mail
All the attached documents will be compressed in a .zip
file and published as an attachment to the email (as attached documents)
Enter the subject of your mail
If the configuration of the mailbox to which you are sending the mail has the Doc Ref. option set to Email Subject
The subject you enter will become the Doc Ref. of the
mail being published in the Mailbox
The subject cannot be blank
