Documents uploaded to a "Document Manager" may be allocated a variety of attributes which provides users with the ability to search for information based on this criteria. Asite R15.5 Release has also introduced a configurable Attribute which the user will have to assign before uploading a document. Once documents have been uploaded, the users can view that attribute by the following process.
The following steps outline the process followed to view configurable attributes.
1. User search filter to locate files.
2. Click on the icon
to view Audit Trail and Revision History.
3. Click on the icon
to view Document Attributes.
4. Document Attributes will open in new window as displayed below.
The list of all configurable Attributes will be available in small window with assigned value for that documents.
