About Document Attributes

Document attributes are provided with all documents uploaded onto "Workflow Manager"including Placeholders and Paper Documents.

Attributes includes details such as Doc Ref., Document Title, Document Revision, Document Purpose of Issue, Document Status, Drawing Series, Paper Size, Scale and associated Attributes

Following attributes are Document Level attributes, namely:

• Doc Ref.,

• Drawing Series,

• Attributes

Following attributes are Revision Level attributes, namely:

• Document Title,

• Document Revision,

• Document Purpose of Issue,

• Document Status,

• Paper Size,

• Scale

FAQ's:

Q: I want to define the Document status for a placeholder

A: In case of Placeholders Prepublished document status will be pre-populated by default and disabled.
