Assign access on Private Forms

Administrators will be able to control access  on private forms to be accessible by the users  of own organisation only.

  Workspace Administrators will be able to assign  “View Private Forms – All Org” ,  “View Private Forms – Own Org” permissions  to the users.

User with View Private Forms – Own Org” permission  will be able to view only those form messages on which:

1. 1. Atleast one user of the logged-in user’s company is a recipient and is assigned an action

   2. Creator of the Form Message belongs to the logged in user’s company.
