Restrict number of Form instances

Users will be able to restrict number of form instances on a form type via a form setting.

Set the “No of Form Instances allowed”  form setting  to required number of instances  

 Default value is blank which means infinite.

 Maximum number of instances that can be specified for restriction is 9999
