Create new Workspaces and edit existing Workspaces across all active organisations.Asite Collaboration now allows users to manage Workspaces within same application itself instead of a separate Service. Users assigned with new Application level privilege Manage Workspaces – All Orgs are able to manage the Workspaces both Workflow type as well as Workspace type. With the help of this new privilege Administrators are able to create,edit Workspaces as per following:
Create new Workspaces and edit existing Workspaces across all active organisations.
1. Click on the Manage Workspaces hyperlink in Application drop down menu (available to Users with Manage Workspaces – All Orgs System Level Privilege only) .
Define subscribed or Flat fee based Workspaces.
Define the viewer type of BIM enabled and Non BIM-Enabled Workspaces.
Search existing Workspaces and activate or inactivate existing Workspaces.
Define Workspace Models for BIM enabled Workspaces.
Define Basic Workspace Information, Additional Workspace Information, Workspace Team – Companies, Workspace Team – Workspace Administrators, Tender Administrators.
Configuring the Type of Workspace:
Users with Manage Workspaces – All Orgs privilege will now get the option to specify the pricing option for the Workspace. Such users can specify the pricing option in the Basic Workspace Information section while creating or editing Workspace Information. The pricing option can be any one of the following:
Flat fee Based
Subscription Based
Implement Storage Limit per Personalised Workspace :
Users with Manage Workspaces – All Orgs privilege will now get the option to specify the storage limit for Personalised Workspaces Workspace. Such users can specify the storage limit in the Basic Workspace Information section while creating or editing Workspace Information. By default all Personalised Workspaces are available with the storage limit of 1GB.
