Generate Document Register

A register displays a list of compiled information based on search criteria.  Details may include Document References, Revisions and/or more specific details.  The Document Register can be generated using the Batch Processor.

 

Follow the steps shown below to generate the Document Register from basket:

 

1. Add documents to basket and click on the icon to view basket

 

2. Use Basic Search / Advanced Search to locate documents you require in the register

 

3. Mark the Select All Check box as ON

 

4. Select the Generate Document Register option from the action dropdown

 

 

The selected documents will be displayed in the action page (including the selected deactivated documents)

 

5. Check the Click to remove documents from the basket after action is performed check box if you do not want to perform any further actions on the documents in the basket

 

6. Click on Generate Report

 

A report will be displayed displaying the details of the selected documents

 

7. Click on to generate the print view

 

8. Click on to export the report to excel or pdf
