"Workflow Manager" provides team members the ability to view the distribution information relevant to document revisions. Users can search for required distribution information based on criteria defined in the Basic Search / Advanced Search filters.
1. Select Distribution Report option from the drop down menu above the search filter
2. Enter your search criteria into the fields provided
3. Click on Search
The Search bar will collapse to display results.
The search bar can be expanded by clicking on icon
at and the defined search criteria will be retained.
The distribution information of the documents will be
displayed for the entered search criteria.
OR
4. Select Search Document Distribution from the drop down menu along the top of your listings page
Note: This method will default your search to the highest level folder so you may need to re-select the folder you wish to search.
