Users have access to Supplier directory available with Asite platform by clicking on 'Supplier Directory' link( http://www.asite.com/supplier-directory/). This link is available on Asite website as shown in below image.
In Supplier Directory page, User can search Supplier by Company, Products, Contracts, My Suppliers.
1. Supplier Directory - Companies
Users can search for Supplier directory by keyword/Name, Trade, Country, E-commerce Enabled or Relationship status.
2. Supplier Directory - Product
User can search for Supplier directory by Keyword, Part Number, Description, Suppliers or Scope.
3. Supplier Directory - Contract
User can search for Supplier directory by Keyword, Company Name, Project Name, Region, Bid Status, Publication date, EOI End date or Council.
4. Supplier Directory - My Supplier
Users can search for their Supplier by Name/Keyword, Trade, Country or E-Commerce Enabled. This gives Users a view across their supply chain showing detailed information pulled from their Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Supplier Pre-Qual, and Spend Management workspaces.
The information in this Tab is restricted to users having requisite privilege and role only.
Users will also have access to My Supplier via Asite Directory Portlet.
Click on search button to view List of suppliers
Clicking the Supplier Name will display the detailed information
