The paper documents option allows "Document Manager" users to provide a record of all documents that are used within a Workspace even though they are not electronic copies. This record provides information such as a list of users that the document was sent to and the action that was requested.
1. Click on Go to Advance Search above the basic search filter
2. Use Doc Type within the search filter to locate paper documents
3. Click on Doc Ref to view the Paper Document
Note:
Users will still be allowed to view document details, actions and comments on paper documents as well as being able to comment on them in the same way as for electronic documents
4. Click on the icon to print details found on screen
