1.1 Document Management

Smartphone and tablet users can now directly check whether a printed (paper) drawing is the latest revision or is a superseded version and instantly see the drawing metadata by scanning the Quick Response code (QR Code) applied to the drawing.

Users can now automatically assign metadata attributes to files being uploaded to Adoddle, based on their own file-naming conventions.

For CAD External References, users can now choose to validate and revise the X-Refs of either the specific Document Reference or across the entire project.

Users can now copy the Filename less the extension to the Document Title field where the “Doc. Ref” field has an auto-numbering logic set.

Non-ADMIN users can now move the documents by enabling the project-level / role-level privilege “Can Move Own Files”.

1.2 Workflow

With the Views functionality for Form and Distribution Report search, Users can now set
1. Custom fields in the criteria and search on it 2. View as editable or not 3. View as Default

1.3 AppBuilder
|
Users can now setup a Sealed bid in which responses from the bidders are not visible to anyone until and unless the bid is closed out by the Administrator.

1.4 cBIM
|
Users can now upload the title picture of their Project model by selecting any of the views in the View Manager. |
|
Users can download the native file which was uploaded along with model file.
|
|
When user uploads a native file along with an IFC model file, the model file will be displayed with the native file icon in object tree.

Support is added within the web application for the View Manager functionality
|

Notes:
1. Updating the applets DOES NOT require Administration rights on local machine.
2. Clicking on “Always” option when prompted with a certificate will ensure that similar prompts do not happen for current as well as any other applet signed by Asite. If this option has already been activated, these updates will automatically install.
3. Navigator update also does not require administrator rights.
4. Asite cBIM installation / update requires administrator rights.
